This Privacy Policy explains how SilverM8 Group LLC ("SilverM8," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit silverm8.com (the "Site"), purchase our products, or communicate with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who we are

We currently sell and ship only to addresses within the United States.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number
- Order history, subscription status, and customer service correspondence
- Payment information, which is submitted directly to our payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full card number.
- Any information you volunteer in reviews, surveys, or support messages
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings
- Pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and click behavior
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies, described in our Cookie Policy
Information from third parties
- Order, fulfillment, and delivery status from our fulfillment and shipping partners
- Fraud and risk signals from our payment processors
- Advertising and analytics data from platforms such as Meta
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and manage your subscription
- Charge your payment method for one-time and recurring purchases
- Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and service messages

- Send marketing emails and text messages, where you have opted in

4. Marketing communications
Email. If you opt in, we send promotional email through Klaviyo. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and subscription billing notices.
Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile number and give express written consent, we send marketing text messages through Klaviyo. Details:
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Up to approximately 4–8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our SMS program sends from [SMS SENDING NUMBER].
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

6. Advertising, the Meta Pixel, and "sharing" under California law
We use the Meta Pixel and similar advertising technologies on the Site. These tools collect information about your browsing and purchase activity and transmit it to Meta so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, this activity may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for it.
Your choices:
- Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal.
- Adjust your ad preferences directly in your Meta account settings.
- Set your browser to reject cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as our obligation to retain transaction records
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights.
How to make a request. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or call 1 (504) 399-3434. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming details of a recent order, and respond within 45 days. We may extend that period once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we do.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days.
8. Data retention
We retain order and transaction records for at least seven years to meet tax, accounting, and consumer protection obligations. Marketing contact records are retained until you opt out and then removed from active marketing lists. Support correspondence is retained for three years.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission (TLS) and access controls. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and is never stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact info@silverm8.support.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, and we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 6.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where required by law.
