Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SilverM8 Group LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on silverm8.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences, and they help us understand how the Site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, web beacons, and local storage. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies."
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function. They keep your shopping cart intact, secure your session, process your checkout, prevent fraud, and load pages correctly. These cannot be switched off.
Performance and analytics cookies. Help us understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the Site, and where problems occur. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site.
Functional cookies. Remember your preferences, such as your region or previously entered details, so you do not have to re-enter them.
Advertising and targeting cookies. Used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. These are set by us and by our advertising partners.

4. The Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who may be interested in our products. The Pixel collects information about pages you view and actions you take on the Site, such as adding to cart or completing a purchase, and sends it to Meta.
Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for your rights and how to opt out.
5. How to control cookies

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Site from working, including checkout.
6. Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.
